1. Operator and booking process.
Dune Buggy Dubai DXB is operated by Right Adventure Tourism L.L.C. Website forms submit availability requests. A request, displayed subtotal or acknowledgement is not a confirmed reservation, payment receipt or vehicle allocation. The operator confirms the package, eligibility, timing, payment requirements and applicable conditions in writing.
2. Prices and inclusions.
Standard buggy prices are per vehicle for the selected driving duration. Quad and dirt-bike prices are per machine. Transfers, sunset timing, dining and special arrangements require separate confirmation unless expressly included in the written quote. A combination package is quoted as a complete itinerary.
3. Eligibility and guiding.
Buggy drivers must be at least 16. Passengers can be considered from age 3, subject to suitable seating, restraints and operator approval. KTM riders must be experienced and at least 18. Guests must provide accurate ages and relevant riding experience. Buggy tours are guided self-drive only; guests must follow the guide’s route and instructions. Participation may be declined when the operator cannot confirm suitability.
4. Arrival, identification and waiver.
Follow the confirmed meeting pin and arrival time. Guests must complete the briefing, equipment checks and required operating paperwork before departure. Confirm identification and any temporary document-holding requirements directly with reservations. Contact the team promptly if your arrival plans change.
5. Off-road responsibility.
There is no off-road insurance covering the guest’s accident, rollover or impact damage to the machine. The driver is responsible under the operating agreement for such damage. Normal wear and tear is not charged as accident damage. Any repair responsibility, inspection and invoice arrangements should be understood before participation.
6. Payment, cancellation and weather.
Reservations supplies the payment method, deadline and applicable cancellation or refund conditions with the written quote. Review those conditions before paying. Do not assume a universal cancellation fee from another website or package. Weather or operating conditions may require a change; any rescheduling or refund arrangement will be confirmed by the operator.
7. Safari and camp arrangements.
A private safari refers to the agreed private 4×4 transfer, not an exclusively reserved camp. Camps are shared. VIP descriptions refer to the agreed seating or dining service and must be read with the confirmed package inclusions.
8. Questions.
