Start with the driving experience you want: choose a Polaris or Can-Am, the seating your group needs and your preferred driving duration. Then add the safari and evening arrangements that fit your day. A combined enquiry lets our team coordinate timing and transfers rather than leaving you to connect separate bookings.
Be clear about what is private.
Your buggy ride is privately guided. A private safari arrangement refers to a private 4×4 transfer for your party. The camp itself is shared with other visitors; it is not an exclusive-use venue. VIP arrangements relate to the agreed seating and dining service, which will be specified in your quote.
Your quotation sets out the full day.
The combination is quoted for your group, with the buggy, driving duration, transfers and camp inclusions listed together. Do not add a standard buggy rate to an assumed safari price. Tell us the number of adults, children’s ages and whether you are arriving from a hotel or making your own way.
Before you confirm.
Review the proposed timing, meeting instructions, dining arrangements, payment process and cancellation conditions in writing. We confirm vehicle availability and guest eligibility before the reservation becomes final.
