SEND A TOUR REQUESTHelp us understand the day you want
A useful enquiry includes more than the number of guests. Tell us who wants to drive, who prefers to ride as a passenger, and which vehicle or duration you are considering. If you are requesting sunset, a combined safari or a fixed return time, mention that early. The more complete the plan, the easier it is to check suitable arrangements before confirmation.
Arrival and private transfers
The main meeting area is Lahbab red dunes. The exact pin and arrival instructions are supplied by reservations after arrangements are confirmed. If you would like hotel collection, send the hotel or apartment name and Dubai area. The team quotes the transfer separately and confirms timing; it is not automatically included in the standard buggy price.
An existing request or a change of plan
Use your request reference when following up and explain what has changed, such as the number of guests, preferred vehicle, hotel or timing. A form acknowledgement is not a confirmed reservation or payment receipt. The team reviews availability, suitability, payment and applicable conditions before final confirmation.
