Four seats means four guests in total
A four-seat buggy includes the driver in its capacity. It can be a useful arrangement for a family or small group that wants to share one vehicle, provided each guest meets the operator’s seating and eligibility requirements. It does not carry four passengers in addition to a driver. Include children’s ages in the enquiry so suitable seating and restraints can be assessed before confirmation.
A family-friendly plan starts with the details
The right family arrangement depends on ages, who wants to drive, how everyone feels about an outdoor off-road activity and the time available for the visit. Our buggy driver minimum age is 16. Passengers can be considered from age 3, subject to appropriate seating, restraints and operator confirmation. Age alone does not guarantee suitability, so discuss your party with reservations before paying.
What the four-seat price covers
The base rate is for the buggy at the selected driving duration, rather than a per-person charge. One hour is AED 990 90 minutes is AED 1,290 and two hours is AED 1,490. The core buggy arrangement includes private guiding, a briefing, a helmet and goggles. Hotel transfers, dinner, sunset timing and special arrangements are separate unless explicitly included in your written quotation.
Should four guests share or split into two vehicles?
One four-seat buggy keeps the party together with one driver. Two two-seat buggies create two driving positions, with a passenger alongside each driver. Multiple solo buggies give eligible guests individual machines. Those choices have different costs and experiences; the best option is the one that reflects who actually wants to drive. The guide confirms how the selected vehicles can be coordinated.
Adding a safari or transfer
For a fuller desert day, request a combined buggy and safari itinerary and tell us your preferred pickup area, adults and children’s ages. A private safari refers to the agreed private 4×4 transfer; the camp is shared. Dinner and any VIP seating or service must be listed in the quotation. The four-seat buggy rate on its own should not be treated as the price of a complete safari package.
Your visit, from meeting point to return
Use the exact meeting pin and requested arrival time supplied by reservations. If you have requested a private hotel transfer, follow the separately confirmed collection instructions. The driving session begins only after the arrival process, briefing and equipment checks. Listen to the guide’s instructions about controls, spacing and how the party will move through the dunes.
A photo pause is arranged where route and conditions allow. At the end of the drive, return with the guide as instructed. Any onward transfer, safari or dinner follows the specific written itinerary. Contact the reservations team before travel if your group details or arrival plan changes.
Included items and the extras to confirm
The core buggy experience includes the selected vehicle and duration, private guiding, a vehicle briefing, helmet and goggles. Water and a photo pause are arranged during the visit; sandboarding depends on route and conditions. Hotel transfers, dinner and special-timing arrangements are included only when they are expressly stated in your written quote.
Understand the operating terms before confirming. There is no off-road insurance covering guest accident, rollover or impact damage to the machine; the driver is responsible under the operating agreement. Normal wear and tear is not charged as accident damage. The written confirmation explains the payment and cancellation arrangements for your booking.
